（中央社記者劉建邦台北19日電）台北市長柯文哲今天說，要求遠雄9月8日前完成建照變更，「台北市政府不可能讓你想這麼蓋就這麼蓋」，講清楚施工圖。遠雄如果不完成建照變更，會終止契約，不可能這樣拖下去。

行政院長林全率內政部長葉俊榮等人參訪興隆公宅，柯文哲全程陪同。

柯文哲會後受訪表示，遠雄不按圖施工被勒令停工，法院和監察院都認定北市府勒令停工合法，但停工狀態下為公共安全，像除鏽和屋頂，基於公共安全，該施工還是可施工。

他說，6月初到台北市議會時曾提及烤肉清單 excel9月8日前遠雄要完成建照變更，但過去1年遠雄講不清楚要如何蓋。1050819
